Variable -130C to -190C Temperature Cryogenic LN2 VAPOR PHASE Testing Chambers

DEEP CRYO INFO?

Testing chambers are connected to a bulk supply source of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2). A reservoir of LN2 is maintained under the nitrogen vapor cryo sample testing chamber.

A chamber controller perpetually keeps the reservoir filled with LN2. And controls, monitors, & records the temperature in the cryo vapor sample testing chamber. This reservoir of LN2 is also the source of the -130C to -190C vapor in the sample testing chamber.

Testing samples do not come into direct contact with Liquid Nitrogen.

Temperature Ranges

Automated Variable Temperature Control Chamber -130C to -190C

Sample temperatures can be varied over the course of the experiment.

Testing Durations

Testing Samples can be stored indefinitely

“Internal” vacuum testing of 3D printed items

For “internal” vacuum testing of items in the -130C to -190C variable temperature LN2 vapor chambers: you will need to fabricate a small to med sized container with a ¼” or ½” internally or externally threaded connection point. If you want us to do a dry nitrogen purge on your sample, then you would need to fabricate a tube with a threaded fitting at both ends. If you like we can monitor the “internal” vacuum inside the sealed sampled to see if pressure is leaking through the sample wall into the sealed sample. This chamber is now permanently on line, and there is no time limit to how long test subjects can be in cryo vapor. We could can leave samples in for months or even years if needed.
